A Virtual Walk Through Littlefield Woods: Past and Present

The Littlefield Woods property on Chebeague was recently acquired by the Chebeague & Cumberland Land Trust.  This 24-acre forested parcel is a portion of the largest remaining block of forestland on the island and features critical wildlife habitat and essential wetlands. It plays an important role in sustaining the island’s sole source aquifer and has a fascinating history.

We have put together a live webinar for all to join to learn more about this unique property! CCLT and several of our volunteers have teamed up to create a fun and educational online event to share the history and importance of Littlefield Woods.

You won't want the miss the presentations by some Chebeague students about the maps they made of the property!
