Join us on Saturday, June 25th (8:30 AM to 10:30 AM) for a stewardship work session at Knight's Pond.

The Town of Cumberland is in the process of creating a new "white" trail slightly farther uphill from the pond to help protect the sensitive shoreline ecology. We'll be cutting away organic material to expose the underlying mineral soils. This will help make the new trail firm and well-drained.

CCLT will bring tools to share, but if you can, please bring your favorite(s) of the following: mattock or similar tool, shovel, root cutter / limb lopper. As always, gloves and insect repellant are recommended.

All ages and abilities are encouraged to come and participate!
