Join us for all or part of a trail work session at Littlefield Woods. Meet at the trailhead kiosk on Littlefield Road. Our task is to do our annual cutting back of the invasive plants at the horse chestnut clearing AND to scout out a route for a new trail spur and to start roughing it in. Tools du jour: loppers, axes, small clippers, mattocks, and hand saws. A small chainsaw might come in handy as well. CCLT will bring at least one of each of these tools (except the chainsaw), but please bring your own if you can. Be sure to bring gloves, water, sunscreen, and bug spray.
