The CCLT annual meeting will be held at Littlefield Woods on Chebeague Island. After a brief business meeting where we welcome new board members, please join us for a guided hike to the Hamilton Durgin Woods.

Please park carefully along the side of Littlefield Road across from the Town’s public works facility.

Light treats and beverages will be served.

ITEMS TO BE VOTED ON DURING ANNUAL MEETING 2021

• To approve 3-year Board term renewals for Brian Allenby, Penny Asherman, and Geoff Summa with terms beginning immediately following the 2021 Annual Meeting.

• To approve Stephanie Miskell and George Bates as new board members with a 3-year term beginning immediately following the 2021 Annual Meeting.

• To approve a bylaw change to set officer terms for two years with a limit of three consecutive terms.
